Ladies and gentlemen, friends and foes, the time has officially come. Sequins season is here! This is not a drill! I repeat, this is not a drill! In all seriousness, the holiday season is one of my favorite times of the year and one of the reasons is because of all the glitz and glamour. It’s probably the only time of year where full sequins garments are acceptable (and encouraged). I mean, I personally try to sneak in sequins at different times of the year as well but this is the moment where you can literally shine (pun intended).
A sequin skirt is always a staple for me. Although they are seen as a fancier item, you can really dress them up or down. I decided to style mine more dressed up with pumps and the whole nine. However, you can pair this with a graphic t-shirt or a chambray top to give it a more casual flair.

There are so many ways that you can wear sequins. It’s one of those things that can translate to anyone’s style. If you’re edgy, just add a leather moto jacket to the look.
