Since we are in full swing of Spring, I had to wear one of my favorite items for this time of year. And that is, the midi skirt. I feel like nothing says Springtime like a full, billowy skirt to prance around in. If you didn’t get the memo that midi skirts were perfect for Spring, then the bold floral print will certainly tell you that. It’s a match made in heaven.
One of the things that I love most about midi skirts is that they look great on everyone. I know that there are a lot of different body types that follow my blog so I try to choose styles that I hope are universal. This is certainly one of them. They are easy to wear and for those that like to conceal the tummy, this is perfect for you. I used to be afraid of full bottoms because I have a large chest. I thought that it would just make me look wider. However, once I started to try these styles, I realized that wasn’t the case at all. It only enhanced my shape.
So I decided to pair mine with a crop top which I know is scary for some of you. BUT if ever there was a time to wear a crop top, it would be like this. With this type of style, you get the crop top style but you don’t have to worry about showing a lot of skin. For me personally, I love crop tops but I wear them in strategic ways so that I feel most comfortable. This is one of those ways.
Be sure to check out the outfit details on this look below. Unfortunately the skirt sold out in larger sizes before I had a chance to post. I’m wearing a size 18 for reference. But I have included some other midi skirts so that you can rock them as well.

I love the skirt. The colors are so beautiful
I hope you realize how much you are appreciated. Kristine, you take time to choose pieces that most of us can wear. The way you paired the skirt is simple yet classy.

Thank you so much Judy! I appreciate the love just as much
