As I mentioned in my last post, I am starting to incorporate some Spring styles and colors into my Winter wardrobe. Spring colors are known to be bright pinks and reds but they also consist of a lighter palette filled with pastels and more muted tones. I love how they are seemingly on opposite ends of the spectrum but still encompass the season’s style.
So this blog post highlights the lighter side of Spring starting with this seafoam green sweater skirt from New York & Company. This is the second blog post in a row where I have featured an item from the brand as they are quickly becoming one of my favorites. They are really coming out with some great designs from their plus line that are not only on trend but also affordable. In keeping with the understated hues, I decided to pair the skirt with a nude tank and duster. I felt that it was the perfect complement that blended in seamlessly. I finished off this look with my favorite nude pumps that I’m sure you guys are tired of seeing. I just can’t help it though because they literally go with everything! All in all, this is a great option to begin the Spring transition.

Thank you Shani!
Kristine, I love the color and detail buttons on the skirt. This is a very nice outfit to wear on those transition days when the weather is cool but not cold.
Thank you Judy! And yes this would be perfect for those days
