Lately, I’ve been incorporating more and more color into my Winter wardrobe. Fall fashion is flooded with all of these amazing hues from wine to olive to camel but it seems as though the Winter palette seems to dull out. Colors become a bit more muted and it seems as though functionality and warmth become the top priorities (understandably so). However, just because temperatures have dropped doesn’t mean that colors have to as well.
I have been loving deep jewel tones such as this evergreen. I feel like its the best of both worlds in providing color while still keeping with the season. It just so happens that these pants matched pumps that I got from Target perfectly so it made for a great monochromatic bottom half. This grey turtleneck was the perfect complement to balance out the color although I could have easily worn it with another neutral such as black or white. Grey really works well though because its the neutral of all neutrals and one of my personal faves. This look is easy to recreate using thois exact combination or other colors and can be worn with different sweaters to meet your taste. See the outfit details below!

I love your style it’s an inspiration to me. I drive trucks therefore I wear boots at least 10 hours a day, what can you recommend for since I don’t care to wear heels.
Thank you! Well your option outside of heels is to wear cute flats of some sort. They are many options out there from casual to dressy. And then you can always wear flat boots as well. Not necessarily with this outfit but in general. Boots can elevate a look without a heel being necessary. Hope that helps!
You alway keep inspiring me with all your outfit ideas. i like that colour combination of grey and green.
Thank you I appreciate it greatly.
You have the absolute best color palette ever, your style is so great!
The color and style look great on you. I checked out their website the price is an added bonus, I am ordering a pair today.
I love this look, Kristine! I really love how you didn’t go for the more expected with black as a netural, but instead you used gray instead. It really softens this look.
