So remember in my last post where I said that it’s time to start investing in those Summer to Fall transitional pieces? Well here’s another example of that. You almost don’t even need to try anymore because Summer styles are definitely fleeting. The key is to choose garments that still have some elements of Summer so that they aren’t totally out of place but have some Fall details as well. For instance, the slit in the skirt makes it comfortable and breathable to wear now, but the deep tones along with the sweater-like material translate easily to the upcoming season. My favorite detail is the black piping that just takes it to another level. Details are where the best of the garment lies.
Stay tuned for more ways to incorporate transitional garments into your wardrobe so that you will be stylish this Fall!

Once again, flawless Kristine. The shirt is popping and I love the color and the lines on it. It’s still so hot, but I’m ready for the first cold front to come in. I can’t wait to see your Autumn wardrobe this season!
