Summer is almost here which means that it’s time to break out the bold and bright prints. When the weather warms up, that’s your green light to turn your style up a notch and experiment with some things that you may not typically wear. For instance, these pants are daring to say the least. Not only are they fire engine red but they also have a large, colorful design to go with it. There have been so many times that I’ve heard that bold prints such as this are a fashion “don’t” for plus size women. This is especially true for the larger parts of your body, which happens to be my bottom half, as not to bring attention to it. If you haven’t figured this out by now, clearly from this post you will see that I don’t follow the typical fashion rules.

Bold prints are for curvy girls! All you have to do is make them work for your body type. Pairing my pants with my favorite top right now (which is the ruffle off the shoulder) and matching high heel sandals, I was summa’-time ready!
